2010 rates  range from £700 to 2,100 per week, depending on season and occupancy level  (we do offer a discount for occupancy by groups of 6 or less outside of peak periods).

Changeover day is usually Friday, although we can be flexible outside of peak periods.

Short Breaks are available for a minimum of 3 nights outside peak periods.

We are, occasionally, able to offer Bed & Breakfast from £28.50 pp per night.  Contact us for more details.

Changeover dates for Christmas and New Year 2010 are Wednesday 22nd December and Wednesday 29th or Thursday 30th December .
